1.What happens to my personal information I give to GooseyGOO?
We only use the information you provide to service you. We do not share any information with anyone!2.How do I order a wreath or gift no longer listed for sale?
If you do not see a wreath anymore, it may have been sold. Our wreaths are unique, but if you see something you like that has been sold, we can make one similar for you.
3.How do I custom order a wreath?
Contact me through e-mail or Convo me on my Etsy page.
I'll need to know your price range, the finished size desired, colors, materials, and where you will be displaying your custom item. I will then give you step by step instructions on how to send payment through paypal. After giving you an estimate of price and you agree to go through with the order:
I will need a $40 non-refundable reservation fee. It will be put towards total price.
I will need 7-10 days to complete order, after I email you with the completed order picture and specs, you have 3 days to pay the remaining cost.
Once payment is received, it will ship that week.
There are shipping costs, usually never over 25.00
